I currently work at LiveControl as a Product Lead, where I’m helping to pioneer the future of remote video production. At LiveControl, I’m responsible for building innovative live video experiences for audiences and the tools that clients and videographers use to produce the best content across the country.

Prior to LiveControl, I was the Sr. Product Manager at the Los Angeles Times, where I focused on collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the vision of latimes.com, and its video products, by developing strategies, managing product roadmaps and leading the product development process to execution. I was an advocate for the consumer while synthesizing the requirements of many teams to write user stories, product requirement documents and tracking tickets. Working closely with engineering, design, data/research, and editorial, I oversaw an agile development process to keep stakeholders informed, continually tested and iteratively released work to optimize our KPIs.

Prior to joining the Los Angeles Times, I was at TEN: The Enthusiast Network, where I was the Head of Product Management and in charge of Digital Monetization across all of the Sports & Entertainment brands at TEN. I owned the product vision & strategy across all our brands, and led a team of Product Managers and Engineers to prioritize and deliver features across all customer touchpoints. I balanced driving our business objectives forward while also maintaining a good user experience. I also managed the Ad Operations team and built our programmatic, header bidding, rich-media, video pre-roll, video outstream, connected tv and newsletter monetization strategies.

Prior to this role, I was a Senior Product Manager at HUGE, a digital agency providing strategy, marketing, design, and technology services to Fortune 100 companies. At HUGE, I helped to create experiences that transform brands, grow businesses and make people’s lives better. As the industry’s first user-centric design agency, HUGE has always been guided by a relentless focus on user needs.

Prior to HUGE, I was a Senior Product Manager at TEN: The Enthusiast Network, where I oversaw projects from idea to implementation across a network of Sports and Entertainment media brands. With over 10 years of experience in the digital media space, I have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive revenue and KPIs.

I am a hands-on product leader that’s passionate about building great user experiences across all customer-facing touch points, and I have a strong background with mobile and web technologies, online video, publishing tools, and digital advertising. I know how to manage multiple time-sensitive projects on deadline, and will do whatever it takes to make a launch go well.

Working closely with cross-functional teams including design, editorial, engineering and advertising, I know how to gather feedback from key stakeholders, translate them into clear product requirements, and manage the communication process in order to create organizational alignment. I pride myself on build trusting relationships and delivering solutions that our teams need to grow their audiences.
