I currently work at the Los Angeles Times as a Sr. Product Manager, where I focus primarily on collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the vision of latimes.com, and its video products, by developing strategies, managing product roadmaps and leading the product development process to execution. I am an advocate for the consumer while synthesizing the requirements of many teams to write user stories, product requirement documents and tracking tickets. Working closely with engineering, design, data/research, and editorial, I oversee an agile development process to keep stakeholders informed, continually test and iteratively release work to optimize our KPIs.
Prior to joining the Los Angeles Times, I was at TEN: The Enthusiast Network, where I was the Head of Product Management and in charge of Digital Monetization across all of the Sports & Entertainment brands at TEN. I owned the product vision & strategy across all our brands, and led a team of Product Managers and Engineers to prioritize and deliver features across all customer touchpoints. I balanced driving our business objectives forward while also maintaining a good user experience. I also managed the Ad Operations team and built our programmatic, header bidding, rich-media, video pre-roll, video outstream, connected tv and newsletter monetization strategies.
Prior to this role, I was a Senior Product Manager at HUGE, a digital agency providing strategy, marketing, design, and technology services to Fortune 100 companies. At HUGE, I helped to create experiences that transform brands, grow businesses and make people’s lives better.
